I would suggest emailling brad and let him know, we had a problem recently and all our job notes disappeared and we could not add any eitheir. i emailled brad who asked us to send our last backup, there were no bugs and he could see all our notes and could add notes too, so he suggested to us to delete wcp in its enriety from the system (take note of activation code before doing it!!!) and then reload it up and reinstall the latest backup, and all our notes were there and we can add notes all again - but maybe email brad first!
