Course Wood Floor Sanding and Finishing
Course Date 24th and 25th April 2013
Course Details Two day course teaching the basics of wood floor sanding and finishing. The course contains some theory but is very hands on involving the use of the latest generation of belt sanders, edgers and finishers plus application of water based lacquers and oil finishes.
Course Content.
Timber identification.
How to quote.
Use of belt sander, edger, random orbital, deltex, scraper and rotary applicator.
Roller application of lacquers and trowel and rotary application of catalysed oil.
How to stain floors.
As much more as time allows!
Completion of the course can lead to Affiliation to the UKs largest floor sanding brand and a qualification from a leading product manufacturer.
