What rate do you pay for sub-contracting on residential work?

It's me that subs the work pal and I know all the prices of every house I clean for my mate. We trust each other though. Any money I collect I mark it off on my day sheet, some times it is a few quid over or under but most of the time we sort it out. It works well for us both. IMO I don't think you should sub work out to someone you can't trust with the prices. Hope that helps bud

Cheers Danny. That perfectly answers my question.  Trust and transparency are key I think.
