It has just taken me 3 week to asses my round in total for my insurance.I can get a discount because I have done this individually.

I would hope the discount is equivalent to the loss of time/earnings spend assessing an entire round over 3 weeks.

I would bet the time would have been more profitable spent cleaning a few windows.



It's going to take more than cleaning a few windows to cover the cost of a law suit if there is an accident and he gets sued for not having done risk assessments.

Very true and to be honest it's not that hard I'm going to do one for every residential job and what I have done is setup a templates for each popular house type then just change the address date then sign, most house types of a similar nature have the same hazards.

I used to but never used a risk assessment. I just used to wing it; it was all plane sailing.
