I use 2 reels 1 pump through a heater and it works perfectly. Regarding the flow, if you currently work without a pump controller, then you will have reduced flow, but if you use a flow controller and it's not on full speed then you will be ok as you can just increase the flow to compensate for running 2 reels.

defo, works beautifully, what i do is have both hoses cut down to 50 meters and use a sureflow 100psi pump, this has an excellent flowrate, the 60psi not so much

Just put a new set up together, 650 ltr tank, 2 outfeeds, two pumps two controllers, cam run controllers at 4 with good flow to both poles, cant see one pumo coping with high commercial jobs on two poles.  But i may be wrong, cost me extra £140 for separate systems so not that much extra.
