Blue velcros on and is a microfibre material, the yellow is a fluffy material and is held on by clips. I prefer the blue.

ive a few yellow orbitals squeegees and a few blue slimlines squeegees .    the blue seems to last about a year before the channels bent and the yellow about 2 yrs or more.   the angle of squeegee is slightly different,the yellow being a bit nicer angle in my opinion .
