Thank you for the interest you have shown in our Hard Floor Courses.
Please find enclosed your receipt if applicable together with directions for the accommodation. Registration for the course is 8.15-8.45am on the 16 January 2013. The course starts at 9.15am. Lunch is provided on both days together with tea, coffee and water freely available all day. We supply a range of cold drinks at minimal cost.
THERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO STAY ON FOR A 3RD DAY TO TAKE PART IN THE KLINDEX GRINDING COURSE
You will not get particularly dirty during the course but there is a degree of hands on practical work throughout so suitable clothing should be worn.
Please take care if you are using a satellite navigation device to reach us as it is likely to take you down the side of the canal. If you are approaching from M42 South Junction 5 Solihull you will see the Boat Inn on your right and just after that a small hump back bridge, go over this bridge and we are just on the right into Oak Farm. Similarly if you are approaching from the North Junction 6 of the M42 you need to turn right towards Solihull at the Catherine De Barnes Island and we are just on the left before the hump back bridge.

The above information is very important. A Certificate can only be issued in the individuals name. So if your name is William Smith and you put Bill Smith that is the name that will appear on the certificate.
The cost of the course is £345 + VAT and includes lunch on both days.
I enclose a Non Refundable deposit of £100 + VAT Total £120 per delegate and agree to pay the balance of £294.00 per delegate by 4th January 2013.

Accommodation
Accommodation is available. The cost at the moment is ranging between £40-60 and I try to book everyone in the same place. The longer you leave it the more expensive accommodation becomes as we are only 2 miles from Birmingham Airport and NEC.
If you have asked us to book the accommodation it is just off St Peters Lane and is the gate to the left. It is less than 5 minutes from the course venue. Please telephone me on 07770 598855 if you arrive the evening before and I will be happy to have you collected from the B&B for an evening out.
