It looks like I will be getting my money back and keep the faulty heater. I tried to order parts for my older bust heater and was told they cannot supply as the part does not comply with the U K  standards and yet its in these heaters. These Chinese are poo scared of bad trading reference. I have used this card to the full. The game is not over yet as I want the part for my bust heater as well then I will remove the bad report.l |It  has helped having a understanding of internet buy law which studied up in the last few days. I recon I cannot go to China for a holiday, they will have a knackers for garters. They just messed with the wrong windy. I will keep you up to date. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

at least thats a good start to it all! lets hope you get the parts,

just had a thought, if you need to buy the part then you could ask reach2clean if they know where to get spares for it, they use the same heaters! lol

Its the feed back you leave, need to create doubt for other buyers They don`t like it. You can just about black mail them. They seem to thing they will loose a lot of income. You can also register a dispute with the seller to e bay.I have contacted reach to clean so let see were that goes.I also told him I would lay a complaint for misleading advert with  e bay and a criminal charge because  he is defrauding us guy in the U K as the advert says he will supply you from London and my heater came from a Chinese  address.

If you open a case with paypal the money will become frozen in his account an he will be unable to withdraw it forcing him to act to resolve the case.

As a last resort you can contact your card provider and use the visa guarantee but this may leave you in bad standing with paypal as it just takes your money back from paypal and refunds you bypassing all paypals resolution process.
