173.

But how do you define a working day?

I have a 4 weekly clean which is done on a weekend and usually the only job I do that day.

I have another which I can do later in the evening in the summer (3 stories - ground first and second, Victorian era built with deep inset windows and parking restrictions in front) on the high street, but can only do it on Sunday in winter because of the Saturday street market.

2 weeks ago I started a spreadsheet with the daily performance of the 3 of us over the last year. Being the tortoise of the 3 (the other 2 being younger) I plod along, a little each day as often as I can get out.

However, when I look at each day's work I see there are numerous days throughout the year where they have worked and I haven't which I can't explain. So the spreadsheet will be done next year as well, but with a weather report and/or sickness/holiday notation against each day.
Success is 1% inspiration, 98% perspiration and 2% attention to detail!

The older I get, the better I was ;)
