Used only excel till last week. When I had the file & it's backup corrupted.
Switched to aworka last week and wish I had moved over sooner.

It really is. Quite a revelation in round software.

Don't mess about like I did with excel files, use aworka or similar.

used xcel when i started out - found it a lot of hard work ( but that maybe because i'm not totally ofay
with the sums etc.. )

buy george or WCP far easier

i don't use excel to keep track of my round (i use outlook for that). But i use excel for my accounts.
I've always used excel but did try wcp demo for a couple of weeks.
The trouble with excel is that i have to input the data whereas a specialised program would do it all automatically.

Just use www.aworka.com  sorts accounting automatically i relation to earnings and expenses . gives you round valuation , profit and loss and shows earnings for the week month and current earnings for the year, As in my case i started using aworka this new tax year so from april i can see how much i have earned . its a shame wcp never got developed further its nice easy programme too use but if they could have just taken it that bit further

things i dont like about it can only be accessed on one computer which isnt good if u have admin staff etc as only one person can use programme at one time

it would be nice to incorporate outlook with it so you can email customers invoices or special offers and mail merge etc

i looked at a software which you can take customers card details and end of day u click a button and it takes payment off all customers

yes we would have loved a program that allowed email shots
