Please could anyone tell me what is the best way to clean the internal/external silver/metal part of a Lift ?

I was wondering what you use to clean these surfaces, is there a certain cleaner i can buy ?

yes i used to be a lift engineer years ago and we used to use baby oil on the stainless steel, gives it a nice shine and its cheap enough
