Is there anyone in Norwich that can help me out I need some pure water

As title i need a small amount of pure water probably only about 20 liters

I need it to fill a towel rail

I'm not ready for it yet ive only just ordered the element online. but that would be great maybe next week sometime i can come and meet you with a 25ltr container.
