GB Window Cleaning

Bent bristle help

so i received my new Gardiners sl medium cill in the post yesterday, but one row of bristles is a bit "lopsided"! i remember hearing on hear there is a way to correct this? any help welcome

suspend in hot water for a few minutes then hang to dry
