training course
« on: January 31, 2006, 10:05:59 pm »
Hi All
As you can guess I am new to carpet cleaning, in fact not even started. I want to know the best way to start, the best type of training course and when these are held. Also the best type of machine to start of with although they would mention this on a course I would like you opinions.
I do window cleaning full time and would like some other trade to go into on a very part-time basis.
I appreciate your replies.

When i was made redundant, I went up to Etracta in Gateshead and bought a twin vac excel after doing a one day course with them. Good training, yes. Also i did 4 courses with Prochem in 2002 which are highly recommended as they are the industry standard. After three years of trading we purchased a new prochem Blazer xl fitted in a Vivaro. Good advertising and image are the answers to your success.  Try Prochem

Good luck
