Who would pay £100 per month for a server based system that runs schedules, round management, automation of risk assessment and production of method statements and more. Sounds a lot, but if you wanted to employ staff to function this task, would you pay or budget £1,200 per year for this ?

How about a round management software that will run on an android tablet that i can carry with me ?

Back to the question... your aiming at the big boys with that one in my opinion
Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go

£100 a month?

 :o

With our RA and MS, we change a few details for each job, so don't require an automated one.

Very few of our contracts actually ask for either of these, so no value in it for me in that sense.

As for the rest of it, way overpriced. Would have to add a fair value to my business to be worth that outlay every month.

Currently run WCP, and am looking at alternatives, as I hate being tied to one machine, and not being able to access my data if the machine has issues.

There is a market for a new product, just not at £100 p/m.

Schedule invoice safety documents accounts and a quote section.

How can you have a automated system? Each job has different risks and the method statement must reflect the said risk assessment. With my software you have a series of templates and fill in as necessary. They do look very good and are uncomplicated to view and to fill in and score. I have used them to gain safe Contractor accreditation and they passed the Main Heath and Safety bonehead at one of the Commercial jobs I do.

Hi Andy

We would!
However we are just having a bespoke system written ourselves that does that and perhaps more.

I originally had a programme written in 1990 which did all of that and recently found the programmer who is now writing me a new up to date version.

We have the servers etc and the programme will be finished in December - it will be web based - so you can log on anywhere with anything - phone, laptop etc

I think I have thought of everything but time will tell.

good luck with what you are doing.
