Description of the contract:
Project: Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games
Builders clean works to the completed new pool, refurbished existing pool, new community area, external
envelope and hard landscaping. Total Building Area approx 15,000m2
Note these works will include working at height, working with access plant/equipment.
Additional Notes: All operatives must have CSCS cards and one member of squad must have SSTS/SMSTS
supervisor cards.
Scope: To clean all surface areas, high level ductworks, cleaning of pools, cleaning of new office areas,
cleaning all floor finishes - carpet, tile, vinyl, cleaning of external cladding, cleaning of lockers (inside and out)
cleaning of bench seating,
cleaning of shower, spa and sauna area etc. Site visit required for pricing and to discuss methodology with site
team.
