    http://www.wcsuk.com/acatalog/240V-160-PSI-Pump-Viton-Seals-PU106.html

This is the pump I found on my machine after taking it apart myself as I will fit one myself, its a Flojoe 160psi which I have never heard of, the one on my machine is leaking water from the housing so it needs replacing anyway, so from the link above what do you think of the pump?

I know that the pump can be fitted and works, and will be simple to take the one off and replace with same one as wiring should be the same. The model number on mine is the PU106 so its deffo the same pump and only £108.00

Anyone know if these pumps are good? if yes I will just get that one, if not I will fit my machine with another one. I thought my machine was 120psi it was bought second hand but now I have revealed the pump and seen its a 160psi thinking this might me better to refit with the same one.

    Any thoughts??

I say woodbridge sourced it from abroad somewhere , the name shows up no where else ... could be just made up , pump could be fine , just dont know .

This Aquatec is from a well know pump maker in the USA and is generally regarded as a quality brand .

Hi Dean

Just updated my pump to 135psi Shurflo the same Mark has listed but from Accessory Planet.

http://www.accessoryplanet.co/

The old one was a 100psi flojet pump (started leaking).

Have one on my machine, you have to adjust the valve thingy,or it will just blow the seals, if it has been fitted with one before it should have been done.
Mine has been running since last June.
Had had one prior to this one going in, but it broke, had a look at it a couple of months back, and managed to fix it,one of the spade connectors in the switch had snapped...

On the inside of the machine there is a return valve type thing, if you lift it up and look where you connect the hose on the outside, you will see it there on the inside, you won't have to adjust it if you replace it with the standard pump. The valve only goes up to 150 psi mine is adjusted to it's limit and is fine, be careful though, as it's pretty delicate and easy to mess it up, and think they are around £60 to replace..

If you get stuck call the Prochem help line, they have always been very helpful

are these valve things just on pro chem machines

Do Woodbridge or Accessorize Planet give fitting advise, not something a local repair would know

Ian Woodbridge didn't tell me until the seals in my pump blew out and I took it back to them,it lasted 1 job before it did this.they did sort it f.o.c and then explained to me what I had to do, i did it in their car park there and then.
It's a bypass valve I assume,so instead of the pressure building up, it releases it back into the clean tank, when you stop using the trigger, have seen it in action as you get bubbles rising in the tank
Would have been nice of them to tell me prior to fitting, as I had explained which machine I was fitting it in.
