Thats ok...not slagging him off...just telling it as it was..First impressions last, and all that..If it was anyone else, i'm sure they would think the same...If I was to run a business like that,,I wouldnt have one left.

scott sorry to hear of your bad experience with nick . i personally have had no problems with him or the company when i order anything its there within a couple of days and im not charged delivery i always thought that the price i pay for the chemicals was inclusive.

If this flea job has not been done, I would give Nock another try.

I agree with you carriage charges on small orders are high, which makes it hard to experiment.

But Nick does have to make a profit.

Perhaps you were trying to contact him when the company was on the move

i went to phone him and got a reply before i had dialed all the numbers !!! so beat that !!! and got the chems i wanted 0.5 secs later by fex ex gezzer with a ICBM UP HIS XXXXX

I know that a few month's ago they had some problems with there phone lines not sure if thats why Nick did not answer his phone but it seems to me that your the one losing out here mate not Nick as your losing out on work that you can charge more for than carpet cleaning! and all you do is spray the NoInsect around the room and walk out  in the summer I do lots of this in offices, Hotels etc in Cardiff town, my point is once you got your foot in the door you can pick up lots of other work! Just my opinon tho

its exactly that you spray the no insect all over the carpet [ i did the beds as well] and walk away . though i would recomend cleaning the carpet first then spraying. as i stated before i did thids several weeks ago and i see the woman most days and she has had no return of the little blighters
