Just a quick one, are most squeegees the same, or is there a best make, do you pay for what you get?

It sounds like your just setting yourself up. I have wagtails also, but I dont know if it would be a good squeegee to start off with? what do you think boys?

can't stand wagtails myself, ok for shops I suppose but I don't use them for that anymore

thats why i mentioned it i wouldnt use it for houses too awkward. great for trad pole work and shop fronts though.

yes I agree cleancare, unger, ettore, pulex all do decent squeegies and are pretty much all you need to start with

I use unger myself

If your not going for the wagtail as maybe too soon just go for an unger ergotec, my proffered choice per wagtail.

I wouldn't go for the Wagtail, solely, on houses unless you like detailing.

My wagtail fell to bits after 4 or 5 months. Went back to my trusty unger.

Yes thats right no customers yet, still have full time job, have been practising on family houses just getting hang of it (slowly) im cack handed always have been, im using 10" and 14" unger, im my worst enemy im a bit critical of my own work and it has to be right 100%

I have been out most weekends lee with a windy and he has been showing me the ropes techniques, ladder position ect, I have been out myself three times now with no complaints so far, like you I still have a full time job 21st December is my stop date  ;D I started with 96 custys and just doing weekends have had 13 walkups, I will canvas once I'm full time also buying another 153 houses in January well established round off my cousin, hope all goes well for you bud  ;D ;D
