Yeah if you buy it then call pure freedom they will be able to advise you what bits you will need. I can't say what you will need because I don't know what the outlet for the RO you has is.

The outlet from RO is a 1/4" hose

You can do one of two things. I would either buy a male hose lock connection for the pipe out of your RO and then join it to the DI using to female hose lock connections with standard garden type hose or better still in my eyes. Just order the john guest fitting for the DI vessel so you can unscrew the connection you have now and screw the new one in and your hose will push straight into the vessel. Jobs a gooden
