Used to have one that I stored my motorbike in.

I'd think a good layer of insulation should be enough to prevent the frost getting a hold, although if as bad as a couple of years ago it might not be quite as certain.

You could use a convector heater on intermittent timer, although if it's the same as the one I had you'll have to drill a hole to feed the power cable through.

A mate of mine uses these in a 40 trailer that has a 4 man pressure washer inside,
never frozen yet and its cold up north.

dont know what size you would need, you would have to work it out somehow. These are the first i found on a google search, their may be other specs.

if u insulate  i wouldnt think you would need a heater . my vw transporter is a  camper/work van and is fully insulated  and i didnt have any problems over winter . i would assume it would be the same in a container as long as it is insulated properly . their both steel shells but i might be wrong so someone else in the know might know better

I use a oil free radiator and a fan heater but use a insulated wooden shed
was just a bit worried as steel sweats when heated

Still got the brendon 3 new belts and dont run at full revs  been really quiet on that side
