i think your location IP address effects the results on google.
just checked google:
'window cleaning guildford'- ranked number 2 page 1 on organic search
'window cleaner guildford'- shows number 1 page 1 on the google business addresses
'window cleaner farnham'- ranked number 2 page 1 on organic search
'conservatory cleanig guildford'- ranked number 2 page 1 on organic search

If this is from your own computer I suspect you may get different results from someone's in a different geographical area who has never searched for window cleaner guilford before - but I'm no expert on SEO but I'm sure there are some on here who are!

 i got no idea how many enquiries you are getting but if its say 10-15 a month you could earn £100 a month or so...of commision who knows you could maybe do it national lol a site for every post code!
