« on: August 28, 2012, 09:38:42 am »
Hi have been offered the chance to upgrade my old prochem machine by buying a used Powr-Flite PFX1350 - its around 2 years old with 500 psi

Anyway just wondering if anyone had any experience of these and what they thought of the brand if not the machine itself

Also is there anything i should look for when buying it

Also heard they are noisy - are the much noiser than other big kits? - just i do domestic really

 Thanks in advance

stonkin piece of kit you can leave outside as it has the required suction power.I had one for 3 years and aslong as you rinse it out at the end of job /run vacs for a few minutes and store with lid off you should be onto a winner..................Alan

are you getting the cfr wand & handtool as part of the package?

this is a nice machine from a quality supplier, if i was in the market for a portable this is the machine I would buy.

in the end it boils down to the price its been offered at

Check it is fitted with Lamb motors.

Easy way to tell is if you pop off the bottom cover, or if you can shine a torch inside there should be alloy brackets around the motors.
