I know some charge a late payment fee.
Just wondered what % of custies bill?
Wouldn't upset everyone with this just the repeat offenders I don't mind losing.
Thought about standing order for these custies but I often run late and don't want to end up paying custies back
even if you try and guess 12, 11, 10 cleans a year.
Just thought by penalising these custies £1.50 - £2 they might jump into place or get the ump and sack me, as said either - either works for me
