how much was the original price for the fascia clean you did?

 AND why didnt you clean the windows?(in with the price)they are always cleaned as well in my fascia clean price as you always dirty them.

Don't go strewing handfulls of carpet tacks over her drive on a regular basis.  That would be morally wrong and dangerous too.

But I'd be wanting too.

I'd probably screw myself up about it for a bit, maybe even lose a bit of sleep over it, but I'd eventually let it go and move on.  It's rare you come across people like this; but if she's like it with you, she's like it with other people too.  It's nothing personal and what goes around comes around; she'll learn the hard way.

Forget it and move on.

Life's too short.  If you have trouble moving on, just remember that this is going to happen in maybe 1% of initial cleans for new customers.  If you bear that in mind then when it happens you can see it in perspective amongst the 99% who pay promptly and with a smile.

mate just move on this will always happen in the windowcleaning world  you got th cash for the facias customers will always slag us off anyway someone said a stick in the lock if you are still eat up about it. ;D
