get help ....what would you do ?
I have 33 houses done monthly on 1 run I'm paying it by working it £550 takes £132 per clean, i cleaned yesterday with help took 4 hours cost me £40.
I have another run paying the same way as the above 32 houses fortnightly & 4 monthly takes £243 per 4 weeks
The thing is I'm working full time till december, then I'm buying another round worth £975 every 4 weeks .
I am working the first two runs at the weekends just now, I am getting faster & don't mind working all day to get them done.
Would you crack on yourself or get help in ?

If I have read this correctly you are turning over £1350 per month. This nowhere near the level to justify an employee,

Steve thanks for your reply, I'm a newbie & am as I have said doing this on a weekend,
how long would you expect to be taking to clean 33 houses roughly with 9-10 windows per house ?

think about employing someone else when you hit about 4000 a month, one guy can manage around 300-400 domestic houses on thier own give or take

no wfp, i would say imo that you could clean between 250 and 300 houses average price around 10 with one person, two people never reach double that, but the company can be nice, wait, build up your round and employ when the time comes
