Purchaced the mk3 aqua dapter tried three different hoses but the only one that seems to work properly is aquas on version , but i think the hose they supply is to hard anyone else had this problem.

Its the hose designed to work with the aquadapter.

Most other hoses are too stretchy to operate the unit. What you need to do is 'spin', flick or uncoil the coil out of the hose when you start so it lies virtually flat.  Takes a second or two but then you will have no problems.

What I like about the hose is how neatly it coils back up again when putting the pole away in the van.

Success is 1% inspiration, 98% perspiration and 2% attention to detail!

The older I get, the better I was ;)

Gardiners pole hose works fine for me. I use this to connect the pole hose to aqua adapter http://www.cleaningspot.co.uk/acatalog/John_Guest_fittings.html#aPM250806E the hose that comes with adapter is only meant to be used from adapter to brush head i think.

That would be an 8m loop from Aqua-dapter to brush head :o  ;D

Spruce is right, most other hoses have too much stretch to operate it properly.

The standard orange hose supplied is tougher than most other available, the dark red hose is actually a little stiffer and has even less stretch, some customers prefer the red, but some still like the orange.  We recommend the red for hot water and for longer poles, as any stretch is exaggerated over a longer length.

Should really add my bit after my brief outburst....

Aqua-dapter supply a hose specifically designed for their product. You just have to get used to it. Its like the added weight at the top of the pole. Though its not much, the savings in other areas outweigh that weight (in my opinion)
