This morning I have a big conservatory roof clean booked in for 8.30. Yesterday it was a church where somebody had to meet me there to let me into the hall.

There are ways of forcing yourself to get going, pre booking work for first thing is a good idea.

I often feel lazy and lethargic when it is looking like it will rain. I keep looking out of the window in a vain attempt to decide whether to go out or not.

On Monday (which was a bank holiday here) it was raining on and off. Mrs Johnny B was getting annoyed by my procrastinating, and told me to just go out. I did, got one bungalow done before it rained (heavily). I drove back home (past Mrs Johnny B who was on her way out and who glared at me coming the other way!).

The rain stopped shortly after, out I went again, but before I got started on the next house, the heavens opened again, killing off the day.

Tuesday onwards has seen the weather change for the good at last, and I have been flying along as a result.

Today I turned up at my first house feeling lethargic. I sat in the van just around the corner for a few minutes and just couldn't be bothered. I drove home with the intention of getting some breakfast then leafleting. I had my breakfast and drove to where I was going to drop leaflets when it started raining. I wited in the van for it to stop then drove home. I didn't drop one. I feel really lazy and guilty despite the fact that I haven't taken a day off or months.

think it s been said but maybe you need some time to chill this job can be on your mind 24 7 and wear you down otherwise

if you got the ££ have a short break or treat yourself then get back out there monday :)
or alternatively book a holiday or something so you have something to work for
good luck
