New clx

Hi all, just got my new clx very impressed, but I had a flow valve fitted, all the push fittings leak! Is it me or do they seem very weak? I'm used to dragging my hose but would not even try with these. Am I doing something wrong?

Look on the aqua-dapter site & buy some inserts, Wont leak then, plus you could drag it to

The push fit one's are rubish had one leaked all day so took it off you need a couple of fitting that go inside the hose and into the tap but gardiners site is broke so can't find what im talking about.

Hi Duncan

It is worth taking the hose out of each side, re-cutting the end of the hose off and then push-fitting them back in making sure that they are firmly fitted - Should not leak at all.

If for some reason they are still leaking then call up the sales office tomorrow and say that I said to get 2x John Guest 8mm stem to 6mm barb adapters sent out to you. Push these into the ends of the hose and then these connect into the valve. This will solve the problem for you.

Hi Alex
Have you changed your website slightly?
Because before you could see every items picture as you ordered it, but now its just writing.
I think how you had it before was better.

We had a server issue earlier in the week and the only left over issue is that all of the pictures have disappeared from the website. I am working on this to get them restored!
