Help one of my team please?
« on: July 31, 2012, 04:25:23 pm »
Hi all
Following a company re-structure,I am reluctantly having to let one of my guys go and I said I would help him where I can.

His name is Stephen Entwhistle and he will be moving to Rochford/Essex at the end of August(when his notice runs out)
If you have something sooner-all the better

He is a real hard grafter and has not let me down in 2.5 years-when teamed up with anotherguy, they can hit some impressive numbers ,so he knows the game
Been wfp from the outset,so his trad could do with a brush up
He is used to route planning the day, either for himself or with another
Happy to price up work when asked
Happy to txt/call customers the night before
Clean driving license
NVQ2

I would really like to give this guy a break as he has stood by me whilst I have built my business - you wont be disappionted

Stephens number is:07894 253 457

Thanks for looking-hope you can help
Regards
Roy

Yeah, I get the feeling that whatever is going on isn't a reflection on his staff. Hope everything is ok Roy.

Not really Einstein, hes getting rid of ONE of his guys. Theres a clue. Unless the others are really really super duper seems a bit strange to get rid of him!

This guy deserves a break. He belived in me and my personal life has intervened( more than that I won't say)
My business will continue in a different form( self preservation) but he has much to offer the right business
