If all you want to use it on is carpet spots then a Vac Commercial Spotter is only £99 + VAT.

If you need fabric cleaning capability then a CFR Spotter is a good choice.

I have a Bravo. It's 10 years old and stil going strong.

I can certainly vouch for the quality of the Bravo and the CFR machine in that case.

I have a bravo and it is a good looking relaible and robust machine but a lot of money for what it is.
I have seen the vax commercial machine that Jamie mentioned and for the money it looks very good value .

I use a CFR Pro spotter complete with 3" enclosed metal tool, i love this machine... its small, powerful and very portable.
The supplied jet is a very fine 01, this is ok for upholstery... however if you are planning to use for spotting you will need to buy a 04 jet as this allows more flow which is required especially on carpets.

plenty to choose from but the majority are quite expensive for what they are
