renting out a round etc
« on: July 21, 2012, 07:09:15 pm »
right as some of you might know ive just bought a round it is 169 houses and one clean takes in 1119 pound it is well well under priced the fact is if someone can earn 15 pound an hour on this round ( which they could just manage ) then i could pay them 8 pound an hour and have 7 to myself is it really that simple or would i be better saying they could rent the round for 200 pound a week an they can collect and start slowly putting the prices up i may be wrong on all this ,i dont know but either way i dont really want much to do with this VASTLY under priced round myself but im convinced i can make a few bob somehow and also provide a bit of work for others hope to get lots of feedback on this ,,its trad by the way
the more flyers i post , the luckier i seem to get ...

Double the prices. If you lose half you're still earning the same amount.  ;D

I'd imagine the only the people you'd be attracting would be 'newbies' or 'desperados' ??
You'd run the risk of losing customers anyway

Any decent cleaner with good work wouldn't work for £8 an hour so you'd be taking on inexperienced or guys who wouldn't care

Just being honest fella - I can't imagine you'd work for it??

Try increasing the prices little at a time and Do the work yourself

IF I WERE YOU I WOULD AT LEAST HAVE A GO AT SMASHING THROUGH THE WORK, IT MAY TURN OUT THAT YOUR ALOT FASTER AND IN TURN THE HOURLY RATE IS NOT AS BAD AS IT SEEMS?
WE CLEAN BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT WITH WATER FED POLE WHEN WORKING AT HEIGHT.

Well under priced at £6 - £7 per house. Hope you didn't pay more than £500 for the goodwill
