I bought one of the I-gotU gps trackers from Maplin - works really well in areas that I didn't think it would. and is simple to use with the software provided.

Using it with a canvasser would be good, but I think the canvasser would have to give the unit backat the end of the day - as the data is stored on the unit.

Unless, they had the software installed on their pc and could down load the file and email it as an attachment ?? - I think it would be easier to pass the unit back.

Mine sync with my netbook so I could quickly download the data to check the days route

Is their any real benefit to tracking you the person who is delivering your leaflets if you dont trust them why employ them .

For that price he must be delivering 7 or 8 leaflets in a bundle , prob get thrown in the bin as a job lot by most people .

£10 a thousand , that's probably £1.33 an hour. Minus deductions  ;D

My guys (who are tracked) manage 120 leaflets an hour, week in, week out.  Your guy will be getting £1.20 an hour for your leaflets so he must be delivering more than just yours. He's not going to be targeting for you, I'm afraid, unless he's hacking off the other people he's delivering for.

If something sounds too good to be true, it generally is.
