water purification problems
« on: July 17, 2012, 07:43:25 pm »
I have clearly got a problem with my set up but dont know what , can anyone help as im getting through so much resin....

my tap reading is 400+ so i have an ro set up, one of the membranes makes a noise like it has air in it and is about to burst....

the water generally has tds 000 for about 1000 litres then goes up to about 005 for about 600 litres then up to about 045 which is about what it is at before the di....

when i change the resin both of the white filters are somehow at the top rather than one at the bottom ??? ???

I think it might be air in the system or something as the whole thing is only 7 months old, ive changed the ro filters last month

If it is just air what is the best way to clear the system of it?

can anyone help, cheers
