Had mine 2 years prob cleaned about twice in all that time and still going strong - trick is to  set the clamps just tight and no more.

i hardly clean my 22ft CLX and its nearly 2 years old.still plenty of life left in it.i used it every day for its first year then i bought an SLX so it doesnt get used often these days.i keep it as an emergency pole now.

these are my poles i keep in my van now.(just two!)

25FT SLX with 2 carbon goosenecks(sill brush soft/sill brush medium)both dual trim

40FT SUPERMAX with carbon gooseneck(medium extreme brush)

the SLX has an aqua-daptor on with the quick release carbon gooseneck adaptor and the SUPERMAX has a pole hose tap.

I have had mine over 2 years now, and although alot of it has worn the ribbed texture off and is now smooth I reckon I can squeeze another year out of it!  ;D
WE CLEAN BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT WITH WATER FED POLE WHEN WORKING AT HEIGHT.
