All new housing contracts.
« on: July 05, 2012, 11:51:20 pm »
Hi,

I have just been given the contracts to clean all new houses that are built in this country for the next 20 years.

Just letting you all know,  so you dont waste your time canvassing on new housing estates.

Because i have got them all .

Thanks.

Too right! Here's how it goes:-

First clean (after six months of dust and muck build up "waiting for the builders to leave the estate") - minging job.

2nd clean goes ahead (climbing over locked gate once you've found which is the rear of their property) and you put slip thru' as they are at work.

They pay and write "please cancel until further notice"

Because:-

Mortgaged to the hilt in year one; fighting in year two; separated in year three.

Or

Mortgaged to the hilt in year one; banging out a baby in year two; no money for twenty five years until the kids leave home.

You know it's almost true!

It's a game of three halves!

Well said Mick - those new build estates are not as good as people think for canvassing - alot of messers - even if you ignore the affordable phases of developments.

Also the way the houses are built on plots these days its not a straight forward round the side gate on alot of these - you have to find your way through the rat runs first.

God only knows what these places will be like in 25 years time !

most of the new builds round here are being built to house the sort of people who are never ever going to pay anyone to clean their windows .
Other things they are never going to do include, get a job, pay tax, use contraception.

Labour voters! I hate them
