I know I should have, I'm just not keen, it was that fine drizzle what soaks you through.
I don't mind a bit of spitting or showers but I can't be doing with getting too wet.
Today is looking worse sonim kicking myself now.
I think I'm gonna work Saturday (which is rare) just to try to pull things back a bit.

fine drizzle is no problem for window cleaning IMO dave.its the heavy rain and strong winds that see me heading off home or sacking the day off.
get some goretex boots and jacket mate.you wont regret it.i spent years with cheap so called waterproofs that just didnt keep you dry.spend the extra and you ll find yourself working more in the wet.
3 days off for me.back at it monday.its torrential rain here today!!
regards

Just put your waterproofs on, tell the custys the windows'll be fine and crack on mate. Wet is wet, makes no difference if its rain wet or puke/sh!t wet.
Make sure the carroty bits stay off the glass though, they're a bugger to rinse.
