Has anyone got any experience with Wordpress SEO (Specifically All In One SEO Pack)?
Am I wasting my time with it? What should I be putting in which box?
Or is it best to leave it til Google sorts its act out over the next few weeks?

I wouldn't say I'm having trouble with it, just not sure what to put in to make it effective? Do I have to fill this box on every page? Does it even make a difference any more?

You just need the title, description and keywords.

Less keywords the better, stick to your main ones i.e. on your carpet cleaning page "carpet cleaning/cleaner/cleaners town name".

And dont make the title and discripton too spammy but use the keyword in there natuarly.

Yes, its always good practise to use on page SEO and titles, tags etc are the basics.

Just added some info into the boxes for most of my pages. Don't think it makes much of a difference when your running an adwords campaign anyway - google seem to spank you for spending money with them!
