How to get into gated communities.Hang around when the missus goes out to collect the kids from school and slip in before the gates close and if anyone asks how you got in just say the lady at no5 let you in.You will be cleaning her window soon. The other way is ring the service bell and say you are a metre reader. OR ELSA throw  something metal tied to a a cord and drag it over the  metal detector
built into the drive way just 10 foot before the gate on the inside.  ;D ;D ;D

on a more affluent part of my work a few have moved out and not been replaced and i have lost £200 a month through it and its hard to replace as they are behind locked gates and not easy to get at etc

Also , you arent the only cleaners to think , lets target the big houses , they get hammered by leaflets and canvassers , its good as has been said to target this stuff as a nice part of your work , but like commercial etc i find its just another string to the bow and dont get to caught up trying to get rid of all lower priced work as hourly rate is all the same ....

I find the bigger stuff needs more managing too , ringing ahead , not today etc etc and you end up putting up with it because its £60 a month or whatever

unless you live on top of this kind of work , its not the answer to all your problems

If you do not get your pricing spot on with these types of houses then you can find they are not actually as profitable as a good compact round of £ 15-20 houses.
