« on: June 15, 2012, 07:20:22 pm »
Oh well bound to happen have put about 25 underpriced jobs up in last 2 months some by £4 to £5.

This ex customer went from £12 to £14 which if Im totally honest was still cheap.

Been a great week for new customers though

£60 monthly
£15 monthly
£12 monthly
£16 bi monthly (only offer monthly these days but this next to a current bimonthly job so suited me)

So all in all still up.  :)

I also lost 3 customer due to a price increase. They can go to hell its me having to pay fuel increases so they are the looses. They say they will clean there own glass I want to see they cannot keep there cars clean. I went up 5%- 10% and I am still up income wise and less work. All three are not a big loss, one paid late, one I felt thought she was to good for me to talk to and one was a smart ass pilot. Its there choice to find someone worse. 8) 8) 8)

I lost a custy who said that that the £1 increase was to drastic £7:00 for a 3 bed house with large bay window still cheap , But her friends only pay £5:00 she said she has got an old fella to do it trad ,

But as i pointed out i was cleaning frames and washing down doors with wfp , so i said good luck with your glass cleaner , Mike
