How important are they? For instance, if your t & Cs say: "Any problems must be reported to <company> withing 24hrs" But the customer does not get in contact for 4 days, Can you quote the t & cs?

According to trading standards you are not allowed to say it must be reported in 24 hours if a problem arises from the cleaning that has taken place they are in there right to pull you up on it how ever long after it has been.

Why would you want to?

Call backs should be very rare, my last one was 8 mths ago, it was really pile reversal, but I re- cleaned it with a smile to keep them happy and they was happy.

It pretty bad to refuse to go back out, what kind of customer service is that.
