Making the most of downtime
« on: June 08, 2012, 02:58:07 pm »
Only managed 3 jobs today due to the adverse weather so thought I'd be a little more constructive than usual and try and make the most of the time on my hands :)

Called on several customers with outstanding payments due and managed to collect nearly £80 so far - also did a little bit of canvassing/leaflet dropping whilst out in a village whilst out collecting and picked up a £12 monthly clean

It's the first time I've ever really bothered when it's bad weather but it's been fairly productive!

Who else bothers when you find yourself with a bit of unexpected time on your hands??

went out and done 1 job as it was howling down and i could sense a nightmare day custie wise so gave it neck.

fitted extra tank in the van 350 ltrs,,  giving me 1000ltrs .   so not much room now lol.
fetched my ibc ,lad jetwashed it out and filled it up twice with tap water and isoprop and emptied it,
cleared room for it with 3 trips to the local tip.
phoned ionics about leasing a van.
met van graphics fella and showed him what i need doing.
