Hose and reels

Which is best? microbore or the yellow larger hose?
Also can anyone recommend the best reel to use.
and lastly! what length of hose do I need (serious question!)

8mm microbore is excellant, very tough, mine is over 3 years old and still going strong even with hot water.

originally i had 100m but cut it down to approx 70-80m and i've never needed longer

6mm - microbore

Hi Combat1
I have been using 6mm Microbore on two reels using two poles on 1 Sureflo pump with no trouble however I was advised to cut 30 metres off the 100 metre full length.
I have it rolled up behind the van seat ready to connect as an extension - not needed it yet.
I was also told that the microbore is outselling the minibore by about 10 to 1
G.
