Rainwater Filtering
« on: June 03, 2012, 01:01:31 pm »
Hi
Got water butts filling nicely but theres lots of debris and grit in them.
Anyone got any experience, system or tips on filtering before it goes to the DI vessel?
Thanks
G.

best thing to do is get some filter foam from a pet shop (it goes in filters in fish tanks) and put it into the pipe that goes into the waterbutt. then the foam will catch all the debris and the rain water will be a lot cleaner in the waterbutt
