My current system is so long winded and awkward. How do I go about using this software?

Download a 3month trial.
You will never use another method again.

Im not intrested in using george for printing out work sheets, as I use my diary for that.

I just want it for bookkeeping reasons. I want to enter the work ive done say once a month, then print off the months takings/expenses etc for my accountant.

Is this do able on george?

better off using www.aworka.com  costs £10 a month after trail but imho its the best all your work auto plans depending on the schedule for each custy and round .

You can enter all your expenses and see a full cashflow report based on your earnings and expenses .

Best thing i ever did its a revolution geogre is outdated better off going with something that is straight forward and well designed . Mike

What happens then if the planned work for the day, say 20 houses, get missed due to it raining. Does the program give you a backlogged list of work or what? Reason I ask is that we are always running behind as simply have too much work.

it looks like a calendar, and if you don't finish everything as planned you can just drag the job from today to whichever day you want.  i find it by far the best programme of all of them

If you use any round software it can normally be imported in so it saves you doing that

Carl i have over 200 custys and it took me a good few hours as it was the first time i had used round tracking software . But it has made everthing so much eaiser .

if it rains you can drag and drop each custy individually into next day or week or use the nudge button to move all custys in one planned day into the next. Mike
