Two operators - my thoughts. Using tap water.

Wfp 1- put the degreaser mix on first.

Wfp 2 - follow on ten minutes later using soapy water?

Other ideas please?

Operator 1 with a pressure washer & x-jet,... soak the entire side of the building in chems in approx 20 mins.

Operator 2 WFP (tap water, max flow) behind is joined by operator 1 after the first 20 mins, and together they get the job done in half the time.

Thanks for that - what if the side is in the sun and dries out? Maximum area size?

Was he spraying on and washing it off couldnt tell.

I think some of you are confused, the back-pack is just detergent tank that is connected to the pressure washer lance.

I don't think there's anyone in the UK stocking them,.. I got mine from the USA off ebay, but it doesn't seem to be listed at the moment. Sunbright supplies will ship internationally:

It's just a wet blasting nozzle feeding from a backpack. Simplest way is to draw from a drum and close the intake to suit your mix ratio.

I've sprayed cladding caked in algae from ground with the wet blasting nozzle then connected a 12" mosmatic to 7 metre telescopic lance and washed. The cladding was about 6 meter height, no money in the job for mewp but did it all with pole.
