Hi i have just started a new contract cleaning the windows 2 times per week, and i have been asked how much would it be to jetwash the entrance area once per week (only small area) possibly 10 minutes work

How much would you charge to do it.
Obviously its messing about carrying the equipment and setting up, so obviously got to charge something, what do you reckon i should charge just for keeping the flags looking clean.

It is one of those jobs you don't want. Ie cannot charge much as it is only a small area but will take longer to set up the equipment than to clean it!

I agree, will take about 15 minutes in total, but im already there so what would you charge

Your hourly rate, I suppose. Just explain to the client or after a period of time reduce it a bit if you think you need to.

yes got the text lastnight and im going looking this afternoon.

I didnt text you because your still away arnt you ?

No the job im on about showing you is a big job mate, and we need to look at that as soon as your back. It is a complete external building.

This is just a 5 minute job at a window cleaning job i do, other side of manc, only something like 6ft square so take longer set up.
