Cheapest you can get on ebay and replace it when it starts kinking.

Streamline Lite-5 from pure freedom has a ribbed feel to it and always replace the pole hose on my Gardiners poles from new.

It can tangle a little but seems to be the best and I tried a few before finding this

I dont want to be changing it every week Vince, I dont mind paying a little more to get less headaches, it will also help to keep my input to the swear jar down  :)

You shouldn't have to change it that often. They only start twisting up when they start to get old. I get about six months and then it goes like a coiled spring. At that point its binned immediately

Does it stop the flow when you nip the hose.

The new gardiners stuff isn't great at stopping the flow when yu nip it, the aqua dapter stuff does, but it tangles easily.

Streamline lite -5  i wont use anything else after 3 1/2 years .

At the weekend i turned hose around so the worn part is now inside the pole mostly , new lease of life  ;D ;D.
