help with recruitment
« on: April 24, 2012, 12:23:09 pm »
Hello all

I am looking for some advice on recruiting self-employed cleaners for my cleaning business.

Can anyone share experiences on how to recruit trustworthy, English speaking cleaners?

Make sure the cleaners you get are, simply the best

HI,

Why have you considered this route?  Why not just employ your own staff?  Recruiting Self -Employed cleaners leaves you with too much to consider i.e.

- are they representing your company in the best light?,
- issues surrounding quality control?
- are they going to work to your schedule or their own?
- Are they going to do the work themselves or further sub contract the work out?
- If earning over NIC/Tax threshold you will be responsible for collection for HMRC?
- Will not dissolve you of all legal liabilities because you may be jointly responsible for things you cannot control

There is a lot to consider and maybe simpler to recruit  own staff.

This is a very wide question which needs to address specifically what you require

I hope this helps
