can anyone tell me if i can do pre made text message save it on my blackberry and then just add phone numbers to it and send it to customers
rather than have to make a new text as when required
or maybe a business card type text?

If you have the touch screen one I think you can copy & paste
But not 100% sure

Yes you can.
I have a standard saved text and then in my contacts I have Monday wk 1 through to Friday wk 4
I have just sent the standard text to fri wk 1s custards.
What blackberry is it?

OK. I have the 9800 so its different but still made be able to sort it.
Type the text  you want to send to your first customer (send it, maybe) when you have press the blackberry dots, by the scroll wheel and it should give you the option to save the message.

To create a group go into contacts, press the dotts button again scroll down to new group. name the group and then add the custards. You can add or deleete from the group if someone asks you to call on a different day

So to send to a group, go into texts, press the dotts and bring up saved messages. Press the one you want and then send it to the group that will appear in your contacts.

Hope it works for you, thats how I do it.
